I’m Shruti Sharma, a passionate Yoga & Pilates instructor with over 7 years of experience, and certifications in Yogic Therapy, Pilates, Alexander Technique, and Prenatal/Postnatal care. Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of individuals transform their bodies and minds, guiding them to feel stronger, more flexible, and more confident.
