About Didem

I am a volleyball player which I have been a president of volleyball and been coaching for amateur players in my university years. Alongside being a member of yoga society and teaching students Yin and Vinyasa yoga with self thought knowledge and since then my passion for yoga arose and Idecided to be a certified instructor.

I will be providing a power yoga session with the 8 step priciples of Ashtanga. As well as using my anatomical knowledge to help with musclular strengthening and injury prevention by correcting techniques as an enthusiastic MSK Clinican / Sport rehabilitator.
