Graduate in MSc Food Business Management and Michelin Star restaurant experience, I teach basic Thai culinary skills that focus on learning new Thai traditional recipes including different techniques such as grilling, stir-fry, curries, balancing flavours and marinades.
I am very passionate about Thai food since I was 23 years old when I almost planned to go to live in Thailand.
Lessons length start from a minimum of 2 hours, for entry and intermediate level.
Very approachable teaching.
