About Shariefa
My name is Shariefa Parker and I am a B.Ed graduate. I have done practical teaching at a high school, majoring in the subjects English and Life Sciences, where I have taught grade 8's to 10's. I have always been known for my passion for English. In the same way I would like to impart that knowledge and passion onto the learners that I encounter.

My teaching method is very learner-centred, I like to guide learners through the learning process in which they are more responsible for their own learning. My lessons usually include an explanation of the concept that I am teaching, followed by several interesting activities that are firstly done by me, then the students. I love to do practical activities to enforce this method of teaching and prefer the learners put the theory into practical more often than not. It brings great joy to me when the learners are working through challenging exercises, but are also having fun doing so.
