About Joey

I am the founder of the Bishop's University Pre-Law Society, where I have dedicated myself to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for aspiring law students. With a consistent commitment to excellence, I have tutored Logical Reasoning every Friday, helping students to enhance their critical thinking and problem-solving skills. My efforts are reflected in my own achievement of a 164 LSAT score, placing me in the 85th percentile. This accomplishment underscores my understanding of the test and my ability to guide others towards success. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience, and I strive to inspire confidence in my students, reassuring them of my professionalism and dedication to their academic growth.

About the lesson

In addition to LR and RC lessons, I include lessons on the structure of the LSAT itself, Law School Applications, LSAC navigation, and much more.

I employ a dynamic and interactive teaching methodology that combines fun presentations with hands-on experiences. By using engaging visuals, real-life examples, and interactive activities, I aim to make learning enjoyable and memorable. My approach is tailored to the needs of the individual or group, ensuring that the difficulty level and pace are appropriate for their current understanding and skills. I encourage active participation, asking questions, and facilitating discussions to ensure that students are fully engaged and comprehending the material.

Lesson plans usually involve a warm up set of slides along with some basic breakdowns of each questions before moving into actual LSAT questions with breakdowns.

I adapt to the learning speeds of my students and provide extra help on each question type that a student may be struggling with.
