I am an energetic and grounded youth worker with a passion for working with young people with multiple complex needs. Empowering young people to be who they want to be in the world and a deep curiosity about behaviour and connection are what keeps me centred and engaged in this work.

I like to utilise a narrative approach to the development of new and incoming youth workers. During sessions we will work through the theoretical with grounding in the anecdotal and experiential. We will discuss reporting obligations, framework, employment skills, rapport building and more.
