About Oliver
Hi there, I’m Oliver Garnon, a tutor based in London, with a passion for helping students of all levels achieve their academic and/or musical goals. I graduated with a Master's in Musical Theatre from The Royal Academy of Music in 2025 with Distinction, and am also a Grade 8 level pianist who is happy to accompany students in singing lessons or also teach students up to an intermediate level. Further, I am a qualified solicitor who practised law in London, Paris, and Abu Dhabi for four years at a Magic Circle law firm. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law from UCL, and an LLM in Commercial Legal Practice from BPP. I have a detailed understanding of the law, alongside job and university applications. I have broad experiences across many disciplines and am a friendly and approachable person who prioritises meeting clients' objectives in a friendly and approachable way. If we are both enjoying the teaching experience, the outcomes and goals will feel far more within reach!

My teaching will be structured on the individual needs and goals of my clients. It will allow me to tailor lessons and approach to each individual, and ultimately lead to stronger outcomes for each individual client. My lessons will typically last 60 minutes. I have taught piano as well as university-level legal courses intermittently over the years. I have also helped with job applications and university applications, alongside English literature tuition up to A level.
