About Dominique
Im an international interdisciplinary artist. I graduated High-school in Bangkok Thailand and obtained my BA in Dance Performance and Minor in Related Studies at Texas Woman's University. I then began learning how to teach swim technique and Love2Swim and Tumble and later obtained my certificates in Breath work, Yoga Teaching and Meditation as it is my life work to help others reach their highest potential.

I have a non-authoritative teaching style especially with the youth. I focus in not just physical technique but believe mindset is as important of a development. My students also learn a substantial amount of anatomy within my classes . A typical lesson plan starts with a warm up , there is the main lesson and the cool down. All is dependent upon the students needs and goals.
