About Tímea
Tímea Szalontayová is a freelance contemporary dancer and performer based in London (UK) and Košice (SR). She recently graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire with a BA in Contemporary Dance (2022). During her studies, she trained in various dance styles such as Ballet, Cunnigham technique, Release, Contact Improvisation and Improvisation, somatic practices, as well as Hip Hop, Graham, Gaga, Flying low and Passing trough, and others. In October, she also participated in the Multidisciplinary Creative Program - Catalyser by Clod Ensemble (London, UK). In addition to dancing, she does yoga, climbing, and other exercises.

Contemporary Dance Workshop is based on Tímea's experience and training, based on the principles of various dance techniques such as Release, Floor Work, Gaga, Cunningham, and other techniques.
The class will start with a warm-up, moving to strengthening exercises, technical exercises, and dance sequences. The class will be full of movement and fun, without stress, only enjoying the movement, music, and energy in the space.
