I believe in helping students to feel confident and be successful in their studies. I allow students to show me their thought process and work with them to find methods that make sense to them. I will rework with students as many times as they need until they understand. I have experience working hands on with grammar, spelling, verb tenses for elementary level students. As well as reviewing and revising college level technical writing documents (SOPs, research proposals and research papers).
