About Mahan

I am a seasoned nurse with 9+ years of experience. I have had my BSN for 9 years and an MSN degree for 2 years. I go beyond the black and white of test-taking and will help you learn the "why" behind nursing reasoning and test-taking strategy. I will meet you where you are in your education journey and assist you with filling the knowledge gaps in a fun and memorable way. I look forward to working with you.

About the lesson

My teaching methods and techniques consist of meeting you where you are. Identifying gaps and ensuring that I meet your learning style and needs. I use fun ways to remember concepts, drug specific information, and a unique approach to remembering all things nursing.

Lesson plans will vary depending on our focus area but includes the "why" behind reasoning, as well as test taking strategies.

My clinical diverse experience and Master's degree sets me apart as a tutor as I can help give a well rounded though process from experience.

The lessons are for any nursing student going through ASN, BSN, or MSN.
