About Vidhya
My name is Vidhya, and I am a tutor and a wellbeing practitioner working with young people. I love all things music, TV and cars. I am really passionate about working and teaching young people, as well as being a support in helping them to thrive. I studied Psychology at Cambridge University, and completed a diploma in Psychological Therapies Practice from the University of Exeter. I love being creative in my style of teaching and support, and I love critically engaging with psychology- and I hope to inspire these skills with whoever I work with! I have an A* in A-level Psychology and a 2:1 MA in Psychology.

I teach online (approx 1-2 hours) tutoring sessions, based on your syllabus. I am flexible in teaching style and availability. I will explain tricky concepts, whilst engaging your problem-solving skills by asking questions. I also am aware of a range of study techniques so we could figure out together to help you thrive! I am a young person's CBT therapist, and I try to be supportive and encouraging based on your confidence levels :)
