About Chrysa

As a yoga instructor i am leading by a profound passion for the practice and a desire to share yoga's transformative benefits. My biggest motivation is the opportunity to guide individuals toward greater physical and mental well-being, offering a path to self-discovery, mindfulness, and inner peace. Teaching yoga allows them to create a supportive community, inspire personal growth, and make a positive impact on the lives. Ultimately, as an instructor i am feeling greatful when i am committed to help others along their own unique journeys of healing, self-care, and self-realization through the practice of yoga.

Whether you are a begginer or an experienced yogi, I am more than happy to welcome you in this journey of the yoga philosophy and lifestyle. Together we will discover your path to holistic well-being and inner balance.

Our Lessons:
The yoga lessons encompass several key elements to provide a well-rounded and enriching experience for participants.

SETTING THE TONE
The class begins with a few minutes of centering and mindfulness to create a calm and focused atmosphere. This might involve deep breathing, a short meditation, or a simple grounding exercise.

WARM UP AND PREPERATION
Continuouing with gentle warm-up exercises to prepare the body for more intense poses. This often includes stretching, joint mobilization, and slow, controlled movements.

ASANA PRACTICE (POSTURES)
Leading students through a sequence of yoga postures, emphasizing proper alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement.
Encouraging variations and modifications to accommodate different levels of experience and flexibility.
Including a balanced mix of standing, seated, and reclining poses, focusing on different parts of the body and incorporating forward bends, backbends, twists, inversions, and balancing poses.

RELAXATION AND SAVASANA
Concluding the practice with a period of deep relaxation, typically in Savasana. This allows students to absorb the benefits of their practice and find a sense of calm and renewal.

CLOSING REMARKS
I will share a few words of wisdom, gratitude, or inspiration to conclude the lesson on a positive note.
