About Alessia
I am an Italian girl that moved to London 5 years ago. I have been a Senior Beauty Therapist for 15 years but am now switching my career to Pilates Trainer, because (due to my job posture) I was suffering from back and neck pain. 10 years ago I met Pilates and now I am ready to help people that struggle with pain and bad posture. LADIES ONLY!!!

Before taking any Pilates session, I always suggest taking 1:1 private training, as there are principles and guidelines to follow that in a group class you won’t find. Hands-on correction during each exercise will be provided and make the difference! LADIES ONLY!!!
