About Meredith
I started playing the cello at age 7, took private lessons and was taught by my mother until I left for Central Washington University and got a master's degree in cello performance and pedagogy. Then I was employed by the area's only music conservatory for nearly 10 years. I was employed by the Yakima Symphony Orchestra for 12 years then took a break from teaching for a while and worked for DoorDash so I still love teaching people how cool it is to play the best instrument in the world

Hi I have a masters degree to give beginning cellists private cello lessons, I can also teach you how to read music and learn how to get the best sound out of your cello. I have played in several professional orchestras and love learning about classical music,
