About Sashi
I am a Naturopath who recognises the importance of balance! I am passionate about eating a balanced and predominantly whole food diet and living an enjoyable and active lifestyle!
I have struggled with my mental health over the past 10 years and have adapted my diet and lifestyle to support and prevent the reoccurrence of depression.
Through my studies and personal experiences, I have found ways to optimise health, which has had a significant positive effect of my mental and overall health and wellbeing.
I am very passionate about helping others and would love to share my knowledge to improve and help support you on your health journey.

I am passionate about teaching and education and I take an individualised approach to each client. Lessons will be tailored to each student, depending on how best they learn and what their goals are!
I am very patient and want to share my knowledge regarding the importance of health and nutrition. Particularly the importance of a balanced diet and how food fuels your body. I also like to emphasise the importance of sleep, exercise, supporting mental health, and self-confidence.
First time tutor looking to educate and support high school students in the area of diet, health and wellbeing.
