About Aastha
I have completed my bachelor's in clinical nutrition and dietetics and masters in food and nutrition. I have also done 45 days hospital internship and one month internship under registered dietitian. I can make meal plans for weight-loss weight gain and for different disease. I have done various course on nutrition and I want to share my knowledge with others.

The method of teaching will be simple firstly,
I will give you base knowledge then we can learn complex topics. This class will teach you about food and it's nutrients, importance of nutrition and how does it affect our body. This class will also teach you basic meal planning and which kind of diet should be taken for weight-loss, weight gain and different disease.
