Graduate and experienced teaching in hindi. Simple and easy method to teach

I am a pretty experienced tutor. Even though I only did tutor as a side job during my studies, I tried to give it my best with mainly getting positive feedback.

I have been trying to get into online tutoring during the main part of this year on a website which takes a relatively high comission and I do get some positive feedback. But for some part (~25%) I don't get much feedback or I can tell that the student is not happy with my lessons.

While it seems logical that there are quite a number of people who just tutor better than I can, I can't wrap my head around someone being able to tutor so well that every single student or +95% gives them a 5 star review. I could see some tutors just excell at it, but the sheer number of people with only 5 star reviews at some sites is insane. Since I am considering trying out other pages with lower commissions, like superprof, I can't see how I could get even close to a 5.0 rating.

Emphasize Effort and Growth Mindset (Dweck's Theory):
Praise the Process, Not Just the Outcome: When a student succeeds, focus praise on their hard work, strategy, and perseverance ("Your careful editing really improved this essay") rather than innate intelligence ("You are so smart"). This teaches students they can improve through effort.
Reframe Failure as a Learning Opportunity: Be open about your own mistakes and what you learned from them. Encourage students to view challenges as essential steps in mastery. Use phrases like, "That didn't work. What can we try next?"
2. Provide Specific, Constructive Feedback:
Avoid Generic Praise: Instead of saying "good job," offer specific feedback that highlights a skill or improvement ("I noticed how you used three different types of evidence in your argument; that makes your point very strong").
Focus on the Next Step: Every piece of feedback should include a clear path forward. Instead of just identifying an error, suggest how they can correct it next time. This makes improvement feel manageable and attainable.
