About Eva
Hi! I’m an 18-year-old art student with a genuine passion for creativity and helping others discover their own confidence in art.
I have loved art for as long as I can remember, and I have continued studying it throughout my education, completing both GCSE and A Level Art before going on to university to continue my studies. I achieved a Grade 9 in Edexcel GCSE Art, and my own experience of developing ideas, experimenting with different materials and building a strong portfolio has given me a great understanding of both the creative and academic side of the subject.
For me, art has always been about much more than getting the ‘right’ answer. I love that everyone can approach creativity differently, and I really enjoy helping people find their own ideas and ways of expressing themselves. I want my lessons to be a space where students feel comfortable experimenting, making mistakes and trying new things without worrying that their work has to be perfect.
I also have experience working with children through babysitting and my roles in hospitality, which has helped me become patient, encouraging and adaptable when working with younger students. I understand that every student learns differently, so I like to adjust my approach depending on their age, confidence and individual needs.
Whether a student already loves art or is simply looking for a little extra support and encouragement, I would love to help them develop their skills, build their confidence and, most importantly, enjoy being creative.
I’m currently continuing my own journey in art at university, so I’m still learning, experimenting and discovering new ways of working myself- and I think that makes tutoring especially exciting. I’d love to share that enthusiasm with the next generation of young artists!

I offer friendly, personalised GCSE Art & Design lessons tailored to each student’s individual needs, whether they need help developing their ideas, improving their practical skills, strengthening their coursework or preparing for their final portfolio.
Having achieved a Grade 9 in Edexcel GCSE Art and now studying Art at university, I have recent first-hand experience of the GCSE course and understand what is expected from students. I can help students build confidence in their creative abilities while developing their own individual style and ideas, rather than simply telling them what to create.
Lessons can include:
* Developing and refining project ideas
* Artist research and contextual studies
* Drawing and painting techniques
* Experimenting with different materials and processes
* Composition and colour
* Sketchbook development and presentation
* Coursework and portfolio improvement
* Exam preparation and final pieces
* Building confidence and overcoming creative blocks
I aim to make lessons relaxed, encouraging and enjoyable, while still helping students make clear progress. Lessons are available virtually or in person around Loughborough or London, depending on preference and availability.
