About Tamyra
I’m a Senior UI/UX Designer with hands-on professional experience designing human-centered digital products, including work on complex, collaborative projects. I’ve worked in real-world environments where deadlines, stakeholders, and business goals shape every design decision.
I know firsthand that the transition from school or a bootcamp into a professional UX career can feel overwhelming. The real world is different. Expectations are higher. Communication matters more. It’s not just about making good designs — it’s about thinking strategically, defending your decisions, and working within constraints. That shift can be intimidating, and I help students navigate it with clarity and confidence.
My sessions are structured, supportive, and tailored to your goals — whether you’re building a portfolio, preparing for interviews, strengthening UX fundamentals, or improving your professional English in tech.
You can expect honest feedback, practical guidance, and a professional yet approachable learning experience designed to help you grow into a confident, job-ready designer.

My approach is practical, structured, and confidence-focused. I teach UI/UX as a way of thinking — not just using tools, but solving problems and clearly communicating design decisions.
In a typical lesson, we identify your goal (portfolio, interview prep, fundamentals, or English practice), review concepts or your work, apply ideas through discussion or exercises, and practice explaining your design decisions professionally.
Each session is tailored to your level and career stage.
What sets me apart is real-world experience, including government UX projects, and a strong focus on strategic thinking and communication — the skills that help designers get hired.
My lessons are for beginners, bootcamp students, career changers, junior designers, and ESL learners who want to build UX skills and professional English for tech.
