I love to work closely with my learners so I can see their strengths and weaknesses and help them improve on their weaknesses and also make sure that they get better in their strengths, to improve their grades. I love to assess my learners to see their abilities as well as the general types of people that they are so that I can engage with them in a teaching style that is suitable to their personal needs.
