U-Ran Grace has been practicing Qi Gong and meditation since 2005. It is a life long journey to the integration of body mind and spirit, to reach a higher level of health, awareness and well being.

Grace travelled to KunMing, Dali and Beijing, China from 2020 to 2024 to study with the masters in Qi Gong and Tai Chi.

In today's world with much chaos and drama, these ancient practice is an effective way to stay calm, healthy and balanced, to heal and rejuvenate.
