Get knowledge in physics..don't go behind the marks..love the subject..marks will follow

Great teacher, because he decides upon sums analytically, a style that is extremely necessary for cracking top level exams

I suggest Abhranil Goswami to become a physics teacher because he has pretty good grip on the subject. From my personal experience, I can also say that he can explain things well, as there are many topics in physics that I have learnt exclusively from him.
