About Jamie

I am a Certified Fitness Instructor. I am embarked my fitness journey few years ago due to the health problems arised and from I have observed around me. I like to share my knowledge and experience in health and fitness and My goal here is to help as many people possible to become fitter, stronger and healthier. Not only will you feel better in the inside, so will you on the outside.

About the lesson

I would give fitness exercises or advices based on your fitness goals. I mainly cover for those who wants to loose fats, gain some muscles to get lean and fit. I only accept students whom really are serious about their goals and would follow exactly as adviced. This is to manage each other's expectations and to have full commitment towards a common goal.
