About London
I prefer to work with students in a one on one, collaboratory manner. My goal is to give students the tools and resources to further their own understanding, while also offering a safe, judgement free space to identify potential areas of improvement and address them together. My lesson plan would be designed around the needs of the student. I like to help my students set their own goals and feel motivated and capable of achieving them. I am in the middle of my own higher level language studies so I hope to not only teach my students, but learn with them.

With all perspective students, I first need to gauge their capabilities, which can help me identify areas where the student might improve and allow me to tailor my lessons and materials to suit the needs of the student. I work with the student, as a partner and coach during practice of speaking and listening comprehension, and as a teacher in studying reading and writing. My experience level is such that I am capable of teaching High School German students, especially those who are planning on taking the AP or IB German exams. I can serve as a teacher to beginner students and as a partner and coach for fellow intermediate students. My lessons are intended for students with one to four years of experience learning the language, students who are studying at the A1, A2, and B1 levels, and students who are studying to take language exams including the AP, IB, and Goethe Institute certification exams.
