About Alice
Hello!
My name is Alice, I'm a 2019 Cambridge graduate. I studied German and Russian, and over my year abroad/since graduation I've spent nearly 18 months studying and working in Russia. I have extensive teaching experience of teaching all ages in various schools and tutoring centres (Bucksmore education, iLearner school Hong Kong, OLA language school Ukraine, VZMAKH school Russia). I also regularly tutor individuals on Skype.
I'm an enthusiastic and attentive teacher. I love languages and I work hard to instil the same passion in my students - I think successful learning comes from enjoying the subject and from tangibly achieving one's goals. I have been learning German and Russian (and other languages) for many years and, while they can be complex and demanding, I hope to also show students how rewarding they can be.
I'm already very familiar with GCSE and A Level syllabuses and systems, and I am more than happy to tailor lessons in a particular direction as needed (eg. writing, speaking, listening or reading).

I was a fellow student with Alice at the University of Cambridge where we both studied Modern Languages.
