About Julia
Hi there! My name is Julia. I'm what they call a Russia-German. My parents are of German/Russian descent. When I was almost 6 we moved to Germany and I didn't speak any German. I remember crying every day after kindergarten because the other kids didn't understand me and I didn't understand them. Fast forward 20 years. I'm a German native speaker, who has worked for both German and English speaking businesses, able to translate between the three languages I know, but more importantly it proves that with some effort and the right method for you individually, it's possible to learn a foreign language.

German is my second mother-tongue. While I speak it fluently I had to learn it myself, hence I know which struggles students learning German have and how to help them master these. While I don't have a teacher's certification, I do have experience teaching Russian to adults and German as a foreign language. My lessons are for any age, because I can adapt and prepare my lessons accordingly.
