About Theodor
Hello!
My name is Theo, I’m 23 years old, and I currently live in Leipzig, studying Geography at the University there. History, traveling and especially sports—particularly football, martial arts, and MMA—are some of my biggest interests and passions.
From a young age my parents often took me on trips to various countries, sparking my curiosity about different cultures, cuisines, and languages. I believe that learning a language is the best way to truly immerse yourself in a new country, whether you’re there for travel, work, study, or other ventures. That’s why I love to help more people improve their language skills.
After finishing high school, I spent a year abroad in Cambodia, where I worked with an NGO teaching English to children and adults. It was an exciting experience that helped me develop various methods for teaching a foreign language to people of different age groups.
During my time in high school, I also regularly assisted in holiday camps, helping children with their homework in Math, German and English.
For the past 2 years I have been teaching Conversation Practice and was able to help a lot of people pass B1 and B2 examinations and got a lot of positive feedback overall. That's why I want to take my classes to superprof, hopefully helping even more people achieve their goals.
In my lessons, I primarily focus on conversational practice to help my students improve their real-life speaking skills. Of course, I tailor my lessons to individual interests, needs, and—most importantly—language-learning goals. :)
I’d also be happy to assist with homework and assignments or provide feedback on written texts.

My lessons are best suited for students with a basic knowledge of German (A2–C1) who are ready to actively use the language through conversation. Whether you're learning German for work, travel, studies, or everyday life, I'll help you become more fluent and confident with every lesson :)
