I am a geologist and have recently started tutoring maths on FaceTime, I have a full DBS check and having understood the pain of missing 5 minutes of a lecturer talking and needing some extra explaining I understand how important a goodbye tutor can be.

My method is really to work with each student individually, no two young adults will need the same help. I ask the students what areas they need help with and where they feel more time needs to be spent, then work with them to build a plan that builds up their confidence not just to pass the exam but to feel the understand the subject.
