About Marie

With over 5 years of experience as a Guitar tutor, I have guided students from school level to working professionals. My teaching approach is friendly, organized, and focused on real progress. My teaching philosophy is to make guitar learning simple and enjoyable. I focus on building strong basics through chords, strumming, fingerstyle techniques, scales, rhythm exercises, and musical timing. Lessons are adapted to each student’s learning pace. A proud achievement of my journey is seeing students perform confidently at school and college events. Many students have continued guitar learning as a lifelong hobby. I also support students in music theory, ear training, and improvisation. For working professionals, I provide flexible schedules and structured practice plans. My aim is to help students gain confidence and express themselves through guitar playing.

About the lesson

My Guitar teaching methodology focuses on creativity, accountability, mentorship, and critical thinking. I aim to make guitar learning simple, practical, and enjoyable.

Creativity is a key part of every lesson. Students are encouraged to explore chords, strumming patterns, and melodies creatively. This helps them develop confidence and express themselves through music.

As a mentor, I help students understand music deeply. I guide them to think critically about techniques, rhythm, and harmony. This helps students apply what they learn across different musical situations.

Accountability is maintained through clear expectations and regular practice plans. I track progress and provide feedback to help students stay disciplined and focused.

Along with Guitar, I teach supporting subjects such as music theory, rhythm exercises, ear training, fingerstyle basics, and songwriting fundamentals. My goal is to help students grow as skilled and responsible guitarists.
