About Shreya
I am a first year student at the University of Edinburgh for structural engineering and architecture. Art has been a significant part of my life from a young age, and I have always found great enjoyment not only in practising it, but also in supporting and teaching others.
My background in Art and Design and Technology allows me to approach creative work with a strong focus on the iterative design process and on producing drawings that communicate ideas clearly and effectively.

My lessons are tailored to each student's level and goals. Whether they are working towards the highest grades at GCSE or starting to compose a portfolio for further study.
I achieved a grade 9 in GCSE fine art and received offers for engineering and architecture from the Bartlett UCL and the University of Edinburgh. I place a strong focus on the process and iteration of projects and emphasise the importance of sketchbook development for clear idea progression.
For GCSE students, lessons focus on the exam board's brief and will aim to develop visual communication and detailed sketchbook pages that meet the assessment objectives clearly.
I can also support students who need help preparing a portfolio, whether for competitions or for further studies.
Lessons are online and parents are invited to join and be involved throughout discussions.
