About Nikita
I had been teaching from class 12th to B.tech final year.
Since I myself was a student when I used to take tuitions, so I could manage to teach only about 12 students for the first 2 years,and the no. got increased to 25 in the next coming years.
One of my students was from Moradabad and had just shifted to Lucknow. He din't know any English words and couldn't make any sentences.
After 1 year of teaching him, he was the topper of his class, which was the best thing that I did :)

I am a B.tech graduate with about 9 months of experience as a Software Testing Engineer. I had been teaching from class 12th to B.tech 4th year. Now working as a professional engineer, I really miss my teaching.
I had taught students from class 1st to 8th.
My techniques to teach are same that I had used during my early days. I was a topper throughout and used to memorize things by making of a picture of them in my mind. I was focused more on understanding rather than just learning.
My students never called me maám because I was more of a friend to them than a strict teacher.
And this is how you can actually manage to teach a lot of students.
