About L'éducatrice
Hello! My name is Kel, and I have over 10 years of experience working with children. I am passionate about early childhood development and helping children learn in a positive, supportive, and engaging environment.
I have experience teaching early childhood educators about positive discipline and educational approaches that support children's growth and development. I also hold a Level 1 Early Childhood Educator certification from the Government of Alberta.
French has been part of my life since early childhood. Although it is not my first language, I began speaking French before my native language, and I speak it with a near-native level of fluency.
As a tutor, I believe that children learn best when they feel safe, encouraged, and excited to participate. I bring my knowledge of child development and my experience in education to create fun, age-appropriate French lessons using games, songs, stories, and interactive activities.
My goal is to help every child build confidence, develop their French skills, and discover the joy of learning a new language. I look forward to supporting your child's French learning journey!

My French lessons are fun, interactive, and designed especially for children aged 5–10. I use games, songs, colorful pictures, stories, and simple conversations to help young learners discover French naturally and confidently. Each lesson is adapted to the child's age, level, and learning pace. We can explore vocabulary, colors, numbers, animals, pronunciation, and everyday expressions through playful activities. My goal is to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where every child feels comfortable, enjoys learning, and develops a love for the French language.
