-My method emphasizes breaking down complex routines into smaller, manageable sections so students can learn at their own pace. I also integrate musicality and rhythm exercises to improve timing and flow, and I encourage students to feel the music to express themselves through dance.
A typical lesson plan would be :
1) Warm-up (5-10 minutes): We start with light stretches and simple movement exercises to prepare the body and avoid injuries.
2) skill-building exercises (15-20 minutes): I introduce new steps or movements, breaking them down and repeating until students feel confident.
3) Choreography/Practice (15-20 minutes): We work on learning and perfecting a short routine, focusing on technique and fluidity.
4)Cool-down (5-10 minutes): I guide students through stretching and relaxation to prevent muscle strain.

I recognize that everyone learns differently, and I take the time to understand each student's strengths, challenges, and learning style. Additionally, I provide regular feedback to help students track their progress and keep them motivated. I also incorporate creative expression, encouraging students to explore their own style while mastering foundational techniques.
