I'm a mother of two and a wife, driven by a deep passion to empower others through yoga and mindful movement. I want to teach because I've experienced firsthand the transformative power of these practices, and I'm eager to share that knowledge to improve well-being and foster a stronger mind-body connection in others.

My personal training approach is holistic and client-centred, blending various disciplines to create personalised programmes. Here's a glimpse: * Initial Assessment: I begin with a thorough assessment of your fitness level, goals, medical history (especially crucial for prenatal/postnatal clients), and lifestyle. * Customised Programming: * Fitness: I incorporate strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and functional movements tailored to your needs and preferences. * Yoga: I integrate yoga to enhance flexibility, balance, and mind-body connection, adapting poses for all levels. * Pilates: I utilise Pilates to strengthen core muscles, improve posture, and promote body awareness. * Prenatal/Postnatal: I design safe and effective programmes focusing on pelvic floor health, core stability, and gentle strengthening, with careful consideration of each trimester and postpartum recovery. I always ensure that I have the correct qualifications, and insurance before training these clients. * Progressive Overload: I gradually increase the intensity and complexity of exercises to challenge your body and promote continuous improvement. * Mindfulness and Movement: I emphasise the importance of mindful movement, encouraging you to connect with your body and cultivate a positive relationship with exercise. * Nutritional Guidance: I provide general nutritional advice to support your fitness goals, always referring to registered dieticians for specific dietary plans. * Ongoing Support and Motivation: I offer continuous support, motivation, and feedback to help you stay on track and achieve your desired results.
