About Charlotte
My name is Charlotte Churchill, i am 22 years old and I am an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with 6+ years of experience and a passion for helping others achieve their personal goals!I love helping others and also have a love of teaching!
Being a Teaching Assistant is a privilege as I get to work more closely with the students that most need my help.
There is no better feeling than seeing someone you have supported achieve their goals and getting to celebrate their success with them!

I will use whatever method the student needs to help them whether that be a practical or visual approach. I also have experience working with people with Special Educational Needs. I will adapt the lesson to meet the needs of the student.
To become a Teaching Assistant I did an intensive course in Specialist Support in Teaching and Learning Level 3 which taught me many different strategies to help students.
The lesson length can either be 30 minutes to a hour depending on the students attention span. I do believe that practice definitely makes progress so the more often we practice the easier it is to achieve!
