About Chloe
I am a huge humanities nerd at heart, and have a love for all things language and literature, which drew me to teaching even as a teenager. This went hand in hand with growing up in a French/American household, and became my stepping stone to becoming a French and English teacher.
I loved school but found it frustrating at times when I struggled with a subject (math in particular), so when I started getting tutoring in secondary school, I found myself more confident in those challenging subjects. This drew me to tutoring and wanting to help students gain confidence and a want to improve in something they found difficult. Whether you’re looking to improve your grammar and writing, prepare for exams, go over something you just don’t understand, or simply want to feel more confident in a subject, I’ll mold lessons to your needs!

Lessons are usually 1-2 hours, focusing on all aspects of the curriculum (reading, writing, listening, and speaking). All lessons will be curated to what you need, whether that be only focused on the JC/LC, or if you need a bit of extra help on one particular part of the subject. Communication is key within my lessons as I am not teaching the subject, I am teaching and helping you.
My lessons can be for anyone, but my experience is mostly teaching secondary school students. I have been tutoring for nearly 10 years, ranging from sporadic crash courses to regular weekly sessions.
