My name is Alex I teach full time at my local swim school doing a large variety of lesson (inc : baby and toddler, children, adults , disability and specialised sessions such as coaching, lifesaving and basic diving ) I’m a big believer that swimming is alife skill that not only can save you ,but can also bring you new social experiences and a low impact full body workout.

Getting the correct technique for swimming is very hard . Without additional eyes to help you. I teach any Ability and age of swimming and also have experience in teaching people with SEND. If your looking to get started into swimming want to improve technique or even add strength or stamina look I can get you to your goals all with a hint charm and banter . I’m a believer that time and commitment is needed so no matter your goal I will set a training plan for swimming with you . Give you lots of tips and tricks and give you additional things outside of lessons to help you.push and motivate you to where you beyond your goals
