About Swati

Hi I’m Swati Sharma, owner at Spot On Cakes. I have been baking and decorating cakes since 8 years so I’m fully skilled and professional. I love to try out new and ever evolving techniques and working with trending edible mediums for decorations. Although I love to create all kinds of cakes, but my personal favorite are 3D and sculpted. I find them challenging and more fun. With that being said, I would love to impart my skills and learning to budding cake decorators. Hence I’m here.

About the lesson

Cake decorating classes starting at beginners’ level to take you on the journey to smooth it like a pro each time without a fall. You’ll learn torting, filling and stacking cake from scratch. Following with frosting cake on outside with buttercream/ganache with sharp edges and leveled top. You’ll also learn basic piping techniques and fondant accents depending on the design you choose. What are you waiting for? Let’s begin.

Swati is an excellent cake maker. In Sydney I haven’t tasted the cakes as mouthwatering as Her’s. She’s a great person and has a lot of talent which loves to share with others. Her friendly and easy going attitude makes her a really good teacher. I have known Swati from last couple of years and would strongly recommend her because she’s the best in her field.
