About Jasmine

I currently study with some of the country's foremost vocal training experts and I'm passionate about transferring this body of knowledge to you in a simple and understandable way, so that you start to build a great vocal technique from day one. I have a lot of performance experience in the UK and also across Europe (including Ronnie Scotts jazz club), I'm a singer-songwriter with multiple releases across all major music platforms, and above all I'm 100% invested in your success and helping you get there in a fun and enjoyable way. Can't wait to meet you! :)

About the lesson

I'm currently studying jazz vocals at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music in London and I'd love to help you get off to a great start and connect with your passion for singing. I'm based in London, but I'm happy to offer online lessons via Zoom. I'm flexible with lesson timings but I typically recommend lesson lengths of an hour. In our lessons together, I'll focus on: • warmups and breathing exercises, to form healthy foundations to your sound • helping you understand your six voice qualities as described in Estill vocal training (commonly referred to as chest, head and mix voice) to understand the intricacies of how your voice works • how to use vibrato, diction and expression of lyrics to bring your favourite songs to life My speciality is with beginners or early intermediates and I teach people of all ages so whether you're 9 or 90 and whether you want to sing your favourite Taylor Swift song, perform jazz standards at a jam session or impress all of your friends at karaoke - I'll help you achieve your goals in a simple and fun way.
