Mianoora has been teaching our kids, age 10 and 13, for 5 years. Her patience and skill at making lessons fun and engaging has seen them progress from beginner, to sitting grades 4 and 6 respectively . She has ability to make lessons enjoyable, but also keep the kids focused, even when they're having an off day.
During the pandemic she seamlessly transitioned from face to face lessons to online, maintaining the same high standards.

A highly qualified and talented teacher, Mianoora brings a lively passion and understanding to her lessons that I've found infectious and invigorating. She has so many experiences and useful tips to share, you can tell she's a real pro both as a teacher and a musician and has been doing it for a long time. Mianoora is an excellent teacher. She teaches myself and my teenage daughter. We both find her to be incredibly clear in her instructions. Her own extensive experience and technical skills really show in the attention to detail she brings to each lesson and the clear simple way she explains things however difficult they may be. Mianoora is an experienced, qualified, and compassionate musician, performer and educator. She works with students of all levels, tailoring her teaching to their exact needs. She also has an abundance of experiene working with pupils who have additional support needs as well. She focuses on the enjoyment of music and being expressive right from the beginning, while addressing the important aspects of music tuition which include music reading, technique, healthy practice, and safe playing.
