As a student at Brock University and an experienced swimming instructor, I bring both passion and expertise to every lesson. With years of experience, I’m dedicated to helping children develop strong swimming skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. My approach is patient and personalized, ensuring each child feels confident and enjoys their time in the water. I’m committed to making every lesson a positive experience, inspiring a lifelong love for swimming.

About the lesson

I believe in creating a fun, supportive environment where kids feel safe and excited to learn. I use a mix of games, positive reinforcement, and gradual skill-building to help children become confident swimmers. My approach is tailored to each child's pace, ensuring they enjoy every step of the learning process.

A typical lesson starts with a warm-up, followed by focused practice on a specific skill—like floating, kicking, or breathing techniques. We then incorporate these skills into fun activities and games to reinforce learning. Every lesson ends with a cool-down and a brief recap of what we covered.

My lessons are perfect for children aged 5 and up, whether they’re beginners learning the basics or intermediate swimmers looking to refine their skills. I tailor each session to the child's current level and comfort in the water, ensuring a positive and encouraging experience for every swimmer.
