About Sam

Hi, I’m Sam. I'm a friendly, supportive coach specialising in interview preparation, Civil Service behaviour interviews, and confidence coaching for people who want to communicate clearly and perform at their best.

I’ve worked in the Civil Service for several years in learning, coaching and training roles, helping people improve their confidence, refine their examples, and speak more naturally during interviews. My style is warm, calm and down-to-earth. Ideal if interviews make you nervous or you struggle to talk about yourself.

I also offer free personal development coaching as part of my professional Coaching Apprenticeship. These sessions are client-led, confidential and focused on goals, clarity, mindset and confidence.

Whether you want to prepare for a job interview, understand Civil Service behaviours, practise the STAR method, or build long-term confidence, I’m here to support you with friendly, structured guidance that puts you at ease.
