Perfect! Philippa is very calming. Made my son feel very confident in his current ability but was very quick to see the gaps in his knowledge that needed her assistance. I'm confident that they will work very well together.

Philippa helped me with my coursework and to prepare for the exams for my GCSE. She was a great teacher and helped me improve my language skills and she also made me more confident with my speaking. I got an A* which I was both surprised and really happy about.

Philippa, a huge thank you for working and helping our son to realise his potential in preparation for his GCSE French exam. Your tuition, working in collaboration with parents, has made an absolute difference. Our son found your lessons very helpful and his achievement of grade A from his predicted grade D/E is a great achievement.

Philippa is a very patient and methodical teacher. She makes learning enjoyable and fun whilst still being very productive. This is the first language I have learnt and at the age of 56 I am enjoying every minute, and this is totally down to Philippa. Whether you are leaning for the first time, underpinning your knowledge, or continuing from school, I would highly recommend Philippa for any level.

V Riddoch, Bromley

Philippa has been a fantastic teacher to my son. He started Year 11 at a pretty poor level and was looking at a D or, at best, a C. With Philippa's support, in his mocks he was one point off an A, and he achieved an A in his GCSE (which wasn't very far off an A*!) By going back to basics, Philippa really helped my son get back on track and, even better, actually enjoy French for the first time!
