About VHM
With 20 years' experience in the French Ministry of Education, including 8 years in special education, I am skilled at adapting to new situations, building rapport, managing conflict and creating a working environment conducive to the development of self-esteem.
Thanks to my various positions, I've been able to put in place tools in line with the image I have of teaching as a whole. Everything is based on manipulation, play, questioning, observation and respect.
