About Lillah

Hi! I am Lillah. I am a 22yo French teacher working as an English private teacher in France. For 2 years, I studied in a French Military School where a high quality education taught me English and Spanish.

I know how difficult French is compared to other language. It’s pronunciation, silent letters, grammar. Also, it is not easy to build confidence when speaking a new language and to dare making mistakes. But it is possible! And my goal is to help you develop this skill! And eventually, you will fall in love too with this beautiful language !

About the lesson

This unique course is structured in three parts!

The first part focuses on understanding the student’s needs, their weaknesses, and difficulties.

Based on these elements, the course is then 100% personalised. The goal is to ensure that the student does not learn aimlessly, but instead, works toward a clear and precise goal that we define together. These goals help boost the student’s confidence when speaking and allow them to make the most of what they have learned.

The second part of the course is more academic and focuses on grammar, vocabulary, verbs … The course is based on authentique French audios, text, newspapers.

We end the session with a short 10-minutes “chitchat,” where we step away from textbooks and simply talk in French including the new words, verbs of the course.

The key here is to create a safe space where the student can speak as naturally as possible and work on both pronunciation and confidence. This exchange results in a list of vocabulary used during the session, which the student can review, learn, and reuse in future chitchat sessions.
