About Camille

I chose to deepen my pastry skills in Paris, by training with renowned chefs. I then worked for several years in the industry as a Lab Pastry Chef. Wanting to share my passion for pastry with a wider audience, I began teaching pastry classes in Vancouver, in both French and English. Diversity, connection, and sharing are truly important values to me!

About the lesson

I offer a wide range of desserts—from simple recipes such as crêpes, madeleines, cupcakes, and brownies, to more advanced techniques including macarons, entremets, and puff pastry. I'm highly adaptable and can tailor each class to suit the audience and the format.

All of my lessons are hands-on and fully participative. From scaling ingredients to decorating and cutting the final cake, you’ll do everything yourself! I usually demonstrate each step once, then guide you as you carry it out on your own, under my supervision.

Kindness and patience are central to my teaching approach. I take the time to guide each student properly, step by step, making sure you feel supported and confident throughout the process.

I also love sharing helpful tips and simplified methods to make pastry more accessible and enjoyable.
At the end of each class, I’ll send you the complete recipe and notes so you can recreate everything at home.
