About ANDRE YVAN
I am a medical doctor, a master of science student at the University of Cape Town, a 2022 Mandela Rhodes scholar, an associate editor in two renowned international journals, an award-winning writer, a french and live sciences instructor, and a postgraduate student leader.
I have collaborated on a couple of projects and can work in a collaborative space with my students.
I am a native french speaker and have studied in English for most of my higher education curriculum.
I am passionate about neurosurgery and global surgery and helping underserved communities. In my free time, I draw and write articles.

My methodology is based on identifying students' strengths and helping them capitalize on what they are good at to master what they face difficulties in.
