About Chloe
Hi! I'm Chloe, a native French speaker currently studying Political Science in France. I'll be in Sydney from July to November 2026 for an exchange semester at the University of Notre Dame.
I hold a TOEFL iBT score of 108/120, so I'm very comfortable teaching and explaining in English when needed — which makes it easier to bridge the gap for beginners.
Outside of my studies, I've spent several years working in customer-facing roles (hospitality, retail, childcare), which taught me patience, adaptability, and how to connect with people from all backgrounds. I bring that same energy to my French lessons: friendly, encouraging, and focused on making you feel comfortable speaking from day one.

As a native French speaker, I offer lessons focused on conversation and oral practice, helping students build fluency and confidence when speaking. Each lesson is tailored to the student's level and goals — real-life scenarios, gentle corrections, and vocabulary suited to their needs (travel, work, exams, everyday life...).
Lesson length and format are flexible and adapted to each student — some prefer short, regular sessions, while others prefer longer, in-depth lessons.
I am a Political Science student, native French speaker, with hands-on experience working with people of all ages through several years of babysitting and coaching children's sports. Patient, attentive, and used to adjusting my explanations depending on who I'm working with.
My lessons are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners taking their first steps to more advanced students looking to refine their spoken French.
