About Em
I have studied the French language, French culture, French literature, and French history as a French major at UW-Madison. I have learned the language with an emphasis on written comprehension, oral comprehension, reading comprehension, and speaking fluency.
I studied abroad in Aix-En-Provence, France at a university for Political Science and Journalism. During my time there, I was able to study the daily lives of native French people through cultural immersion and learn nuances about their culture that are unable to be taught in a classroom.

For my teaching method, I like to approach learning from an individualized student's perspective. As each student learns and responds differently, I will formulate a teaching strategy based on the student's needs and concerns.
Together, the student and I can come up with a plan that incorporates their necessary school work in a way that helps them become a better learner and French student.
